November 14, 2018

Today LINKCHAIN is excited to announce that GoChain Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Travis Reeder, has joined the LINKCHAIN team as a Technical Advisor.

Travis is one of the foremost and sought-after technical thought leaders in the blockchain space. He designed and led GoChain’s development of its Ethereum-compatible protocol which has achieved transaction speeds 100x faster than Ethereum and lowered transaction fees — a 7,500x improvement. GoChain has recently partnered with the Microsoft Azure platform and is one of the leading distributed ledger networks.

“Travis is a visionary leader. His work with GoChain speaks for itself and his expertise will be invaluable to the LINKCHAIN team as we develop our Security Token Offering (STO) and blockchain solutions on the GoChain network. We couldn’t be more excited to have him on the LINKCHAIN team”, says Conston Taylor, Founder and CEO, LINKCHAIN.

Travis has over 20 years experience developing high-throughput, large-scale applications and cloud infrastructure services. Travis is a four-time founder of successful technology companies including which pioneered serverless cloud computing and raised $17M from top-tier Silicon Valley VC firms. These firms included Bain Capital, Sapphire Ventures, and Baseline Ventures. Travis was recently a Lead Architect at Oracle, building Oracle’s serverless cloud platform. Having solved scaling problems and delivering scalable services for his entire career, he is now applying that knowledge and experience to blockchain. Travis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

The advisory role by Travis comes on the heels of LINKCHAIN signing a strategic partnership with GOChain to provide technical, marketing, and fundraising support to LINKCHAIN. GoChain will also assist in the development of LINKCHAIN’s blockchain-based supply chain solution.

“LINKCHAIN is taking supply chain solutions to the next level with their vision and expertise in the field. I look forward to working more closely with them to execute and implement their technical strategy”, says Travis.
